Are you a singer looking to grow in your gift, pursue your calling and fulfill your ministry, but find yourself without the right support?

Look no further! Our training will equip and empower you as a singer to become a true worshipper and to fulfill your god-given assignment, while you make a living without compromising your integrity; that you may through music bring transformation to your family, society, church and region.

With a heavenly assignment to train singers in churches to be worshippers and to pioneer a great move of the Spirit through music, Paul Esuon Consulting (PEC) invites all singers to apply for any of the categories below that speak to individual needs.

Free Weekend Training For Singers.

Ideal for those who are not ready to enter full-time singing ministry, but are looking to learn, grow in their gifts and be equipped as true worshippers who can bring transformation in the local church and society through music.

Training workshop days are mostly on Saturdays from 10am, and it is recommended (not compulsory) that you belong to a local church to maximize the value of this.

If you are interested in joining a team which works full-time for God and does itinerant ministry, then consider working with us. You will earn a salary and also receive support to enter into your own ministry in whatever field.

If you applied as singer, vocalist or instrumentalist, kindly do the following:

For your first test (phase 1), please select, record and send us voice message or audio recordings of you singing three (3) out of the songs below. You might be disqualified if you do not follow this instruction. DO NOT SEND PRE-RECORDED OR STUDIO ENGINEERED SONGS. WE WANT TO HEAR YOUR RAW NATURAL VOICE. Voice auditions will be used to assess your vocals and singing, in order to determine if you meet the criteria to join our team. Please introduce yourself in each audition with your full name, location, what you are applying for and song titles. We have made provision for those without smart phones.

We hold weekly in-person interviews, so if you pass phase 1 test, you might be invited to an interview the same week of application, or later. Interviews might be held on Saturdays or weekdays, so be on standby for either possibility.

Are you a secular singer who is unfulfilled doing gigs, and you feel that God may be calling you to something greater?

If you have an established music brand or ministry, but you identify a lack in one or more areas of your personal or professional life, and you are prayerfully seeking God for a helper, this opportunity might be for you.

Instructions For Mentorship Audition

As a singer or musician, we would love to hear your voice and listen to you, in order to get a fair idea of your uniqueness.

For your first test (phase 1), please record and send us video or audio of you singing or playing three (3) songs, preferably originals. You might be disqualified if you do not follow this instruction.

YOU MAY SEND PRE-RECORDED OR STUDIO ENGINEERED SONGS IF YOU ARE A RECORDING ARTIST, BUT WE PREFER TO HEAR YOUR RAW NATURAL SOUND BECAUSE WE BELIEVE YOU ARE SPECIAL.

Submissions will be used to assess your vocals, singing or playing in order to determine how we can assist you. Kindly introduce yourself in the video or audio file with your full name and location. We have made provision for those without smart phones to be auditioned in person, but schedules for in-person auditions can be tight.
