Instructions For Mentorship Audition

As a singer or musician, we would love to hear your voice and listen to you, in order to get a fair idea of your uniqueness.

For your first test (phase 1), please record and send us video or audio of you singing or playing three (3) songs, preferably originals. You might be disqualified if you do not follow this instruction.

YOU MAY SEND PRE-RECORDED OR STUDIO ENGINEERED SONGS IF YOU ARE A RECORDING ARTIST, BUT WE PREFER TO HEAR YOUR RAW NATURAL SOUND BECAUSE WE BELIEVE YOU ARE SPECIAL.

Submissions will be used to assess your vocals, singing or playing in order to determine how we can assist you. Kindly introduce yourself in the video or audio file with your full name and location. We have made provision for those without smart phones to be auditioned in person, but schedules for in-person auditions can be tight.

Submit your audition below. We will review your submission and let you know if you pass the first phase of the recruitment process. We hold weekly in-person interviews, so if you pass phase 1 test, you might be invited to an interview the same week of application, or later. Interviews might be held on Saturdays or weekdays, so be on standby for either possibility.
